Rent the climate, not the crisis.
Portable whole-house cooling and heating, plus walk-in coolers — delivered, set up and picked up by the same technicians who service them.
We keep rental equipment on hand for the stretches when a building cannot wait: a tent that has to hold temperature all weekend, a system that is being replaced, a part that is on backorder. It is our own equipment and our own crews set it up, so a rental gets dispatched, monitored and pulled the same way a service call does.
What we rent
Rentals are quoted per job — the rate depends on the equipment, how long you need it and the site. Call or send a request and we will price it.
Portable whole-house coolers
Whole-building and spot cooling sized to the space, for homes, offices and shops that have to stay usable while their own system is down or being replaced.
Whole-houseSpot coolingDelivered & set upPortable whole-house heaters
Temporary heat that keeps a building occupied and its pipes safe through a no-heat call, a boiler replacement or a cold-weather job site.

Portable walk-in refrigeration for event tents, catering and kitchens that need cold storage they do not have — or have temporarily lost.

Event tents
Tented weddings, festivals and fundraisers are the rental we take most often. Cooling or heating for the tent and a walk-in cooler for the catering side can go out on one delivery, set up before the vendors arrive and broken down the morning after.
- Cooling or heating sized to the tent, not to a guess
- Walk-in cold storage beside the kitchen tent
- Set up ahead of the event, pulled once it is over
Two situations worth asking about
- While you decide on an install
Rent now, buy on your own schedule.
A system failing in July should not force a same-week purchase. We can put a rental in place first, so the building stays comfortable while you compare equipment, arrange financing and pick an install date that suits you.
Rental fees are credited toward the total cost of the install when we do the work.
- While a part is on order
Stay open through a long parts wait.
On a major repair the diagnosis is often quick and the part is not — a compressor, a heat exchanger or a control board can sit on backorder for weeks. A rental covers the gap so nobody has to close up, move out or lose product.
Tell us the equipment that is down and we will quote the rental alongside the repair.
How a rental runs
- 01Tell us the space, the dates and what the equipment has to do — cool a tent, heat a house, hold product cold.
- 02We size it, quote the rental and the delivery, and hold the unit for your dates.
- 03Our technicians deliver, set it up and start it, and show whoever is on site how to run it.
- 04We service it if anything goes wrong mid-rental, then break it down and haul it out.
Good to know
- Rentals are quoted per job — the rate depends on the equipment, how long you need it and the site. Call or send a request and we will price it.
- Availability is first come, first served, and event season books out. Reserve tent equipment as early as you can.
- Sizing is on us. Send photos, tent dimensions or the model plate of the unit that is down and we will tell you what the job actually takes.
- Rentals go out across our service area; if your site sits beyond it, we will say so up front.
